Once again . . .

Once again my boys have been spoiled. Thanks to the awesomeness ( for which there is no charge. . . (anybody know what movie that's from?)) of Uncle Naki, my boys were invited to an alumni day with the BYU football team. Matt and the boys tagged along with Naki to the indoor facility and were able to meet the team, the coaches, etc. Jax even told me that he was able to play catch with Max Hall. Of course he did. . . that kid is SOOO spoiled in the sports area. Apparently, after Jax threw the ball back to Max Hall, the infamous quarterback said that Jax should be out on the BYU field on game day instead of him. . . .something my little boy will remember FOREVER! Their jerseys are signed, and according to Gray, meeting "Dennis Pinna" (Dennis Pitta, did I spell that right) was his favorite because he was the tallest - they had the "best day ever." That is - aside from meeting the BYU basketball team too. Go figure. Thank you Naki! My boys had the best time. . . Go Cougs!

I'm glad that I can do that! I know those boys would love it! Gotta keep 'em knowing where they are expected to go right? LOL. It's fun for me to be around all the guys but I love taking the people who haven't had that experience...ESPECIALLY when my nephews LOVE BYU!

The funny part was Jax and Gray got mad at each other and Gray started to cry, so I took him aside and said to him, "Gray, look around...you see all these big guys around here? We're all tough. And when you're on here (pointing at the football field), you're NOT allowed to cry...k? Then Gray looked at me and stopped crying. So a little bit later Gray and Jax got into another fight about the ball and Jax was crying...so I tell Jax the same thing I told Gray. Then Gray comes over and says, "Hey Jax we're not 'pose to cry over here. You have to be tough! Right Uncle Naki?" I thought that was SOO FUNNY!!

Thanks for coming boys it was fun to be with you yesterday!

You need to tell your two sons....well I mean three sons they need to pick a college team that can actually amount to something. Good with your search.

...yeah I guess I must not have amounted to anything...neither do the 80+ current missionaries and returned missionaries on the team...or any of the other former players that ever played at the Y didn't amount to anything either...sorry if I put down another school (not my intention)...didn't think I did but that was random.

This is Mr. Brousseau,
To all those BYU & UVU fans out there. Please remember that Katie and I love both school's and while these two school's are not currant rivals because one is far superior. We love sports period! See as UVU dose not have a football team and because Uncle Naki and Grandpa Davis are former athletes we support the cougars. But don't forget I and several of my great friends were and are athletes at UVU. So, We are fans of that school too. So can't we all just get along? What do you say?

...I say random again. No one's putting down UVU! It's a great school...what's your point?

I'll be the first to admit that I am a random person. The message was directed to all those non BYU fans out there who think my loyalties lay only there. So you all know how I feel, if you don't already. I am a stonch BYU fan. My original message yesterday was to try and squash any additional bantering beteween blogger's. Sorry if i said something wrong. I love you all and I feel the love back. By the way, NAKI, I am so grateful for your kindness that you show to me and my boys. I know that if anything were to ever happen to me, I know that thier uncle would be there. Once again a random thought, I know. I think the origanl thought against BYU was directed at me because of a rivalry between me and one of my friends,if anyone is wondering why that comment would have appeared on Katie's Blog.

...k that makes sense. I was like "what?" No worries I can appreciate playful banter as much as the next person...just didn't understand the context. It's all gravy!
